Tubular Chipboard
Tubular chipboard is a lightweight engineered panel, produced by applying adhesives, heat and perpendicular pressure to wood flakes obtained from wood chips. The extrusion method gives the board a uniform internal structure with consistent density.
Primarily used as the internal core of doors, it is also used for partition panels, table tops and furniture components. Available in tubular and solid versions; thickness and tube configuration can be adjusted to the intended use.
